CLIENT SERVICING
Management Trainee: If you
have recently graduated from college or university
and are looking to gain business exposure in a
challenging environment, then this role would
be a good start for you.
An MT would work as a part
of a case team and would provide support to the
seniors in the team by collecting and reporting
data (through secondary research or field work).
Their work becomes the basis of the team’s
report and ultimately strategic recommendation
to the client. As an MT reveals potential and
becomes a strong contributor to the team, he/she
can look forward to moving to a Consultants position.
Consultant: Candidates with
MBA or other advanced degrees or excellent prior
industry experience, would join TECNOVA as consultants.
Spearheaded by a project
manager (a member of the Senior Management), consultants
take responsibility for the rigorous fieldwork
required to put together the entire project. This
would include due-diligence, competitor analysis,
field interviews, etc. Consultants have direct
interface with the client and together with the
project manager analyze and report their findings.
A Consultant’s promotion is purely based
on merit.
Senior Management : Individuals
that have held key positions of responsibility
and have excellent records of success in their
past experiences can look to apply as a part of
the Senior Management team at TECNOVA.
The senior management takes
responsibility of handling the prime objective
of the clients business. As a project manager,
he/she is responsible in developing a strategy
(in tandem with the client) and recommending the
right steps in implementing the strategy. Project
managers work closely with their teams to continuously
improve their productivity, thinking and in providing
a direction to the strategy.
Business Development
Candidates with prior sales
& marketing experience, excellent communication
skills, business acumen, high energy levels and
a love for challenge could apply for a Business
Development Executive’s position at TECNOVA.
The BD team truly helps
the company grow. Their key role and responsibility
lies in ‘Opening Doors’ of potential
clients for TECNOVA. An executive of the BD team
would typically interact with Senior Management
in the prospect company, wherein he/she would
‘Engage’ the prospect in understanding
his intent for India, presenting him broad opportunities
that lie here and how TECNOVA could help in availing
these opportunities and realizing his business
objective for India.
