Abhey Yograj has been serving as Chairman and CEO of Tecnova India. He is on the board of world-leading cosmetics specialist L’Oreal, the confectionery giant Perfetti and also the biotechnology company, BioMerieux. He was also on the board of Gillette India, where he chaired the Audit Committee.
With years of experience in the industry, his aim has been to come up with the best-in-the-industry services and solutions for the clients worldwide.
Ambassador (ret.) Frank Elbe is an Attorney at Law in Bonn (Germany) - in cooperation with Kubicki & Scholer, Attorneys at Law in Kiel (Germany). He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. He has also been a former German Ambassador to India and a visiting professor at the University of Bonn.
From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Elbe had been the German Ambassador in Switzerland, Poland, Japan and India. He has authored a number of books, such as Ein Runder Tisch mit Scharfen Ecken (A Round Table with Sharp Corners The Diplomatic Path to Germany Unity.

G S Gill currently serves as Director of Tecnova India. For over 32 years, he worked with Gillette in various positions in different countries and successfully managed numerous operations for Gillette in India.
He is currently based in the UK and works as a magistrate. GS Gill is also a fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales and his directorships include Surrey Care Trust/Industrial Development Board for London and South East.
Natalino Duo has currently been serving as Director of Tecnova India. He is also the Director of Pure Cotton Ltd and Chairman of Indiacom Ltd. Natalino had also served as Managing Director of Perfetti and Benetton.
During his tenure, Perfetti grew as the market leader in the Indian confectionary market. Benetton also expanded its retail-outlets and made the product-range more suitable to the Indian market. He is also the former Chairman of the Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce.
Gurdeep Singh currently serves as a Non-Executive Director in Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. His career spans over 37 years in Hindustan Unilever Limited in Operations Management and Control. From 1966 till October 2003, he headed numerous projects across geographies in India, UK and Brazil and retired as Director Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Technology. He was further retained in Hindustan Unilever as Senior Vice-President Corporate Affairs till March 2006.
Mr. Gurdeep is also serving as Non-Executive Director on the boards of numerous companies in India whose activities range from Air-Conditioning, Automotive Components, Cylinders for Specialty Gases, Rail and Road Multi-Model Logistics, Pressure-Sensitive Films and Specialty Films for Decorative Labels and Coated Films for the Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry. Mr Gurdeep has also recently been appointed to the Board of Renuka do Brasil S.A, one of the leading companies in Sugar and Alcohol sector in Brazil.
He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School and holds a B. Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
Shona Taneja has been working with Tecnova India for the last five years, and is currently heading the Consumer Marketing for Europe Territory.
An alumnus of Lawrence School, Sanawar, Shona completed her Bachelors degree in Maths from the prestigious Jesus and Mary College. She thereafter went to Fashion Institute of Technology, New York to study Retail and Merchandising. Later on, she started working in New York with one of the largest fashion houses for two years, designing and sourcing merchandise from Asia.
In 1997 she returned to India, to work with an Indo-Italian venture, manufacturing Fashion Accessories. Her work-profile involved sourcing, manufacturing and promotion of exports. The company supplied merchandise to some of the world’s leading luxury brands such as Valentino, Ferre, and mass brands such as Accessorize.
Some of the projects she has been actively involved in, as a member of the Tecnova, are Gillette, L’Oreal, Forrest Essentials, Amer Sports (Wilson), Borges, Chicco, Haribo, Panzani, PIC and Desso.
