1984: Tecnova India started operations in New Delhi as an affiliate of Tecnova SA, France. For the next 7 years, Tecnova organized a large number of technology transfers from a large number of foreign companies into India.
1987: Tecnova India bought out the name of Tecnova SA and worldwide rights.
1991: Since the Indian government introduced new Industrial policies and opened the economy to foreign companies in certain sectors, Tecnova India’s focus shifted to providing strategic advice to foreign companies looking to foray into India market
With a focus on Europe and USA, Tecnova obtained mandates from mid to large size companies ranging from market exploratory studies, strategy formulation, implementation and post-entry advisory services. Tecnova started helping clients in areas of information technology, giving them the India Cost Advantage. We helped our clients in providing solutions and services in Enterprise Applications – ERP, CRM areas, Employee services portals (B2E), Government to Citizen (G2C) services portals and Application Integration services.
2001, Tecnova came up with a new division with a focus on offering Business Process Outsourcing services from India.
2006 saw Tecnova’s IT & BPO division becoming a separate company.
Today, Tecnova India is a name to reckon with in the consulting fraternity, serving over 450 clients across the globe.
