The client is a leading Spanish manufacturer of elevator doors and is a global supplier to key elevator manufacturers.
The client had already been selling its products in India through a distributor arrangement. Encouraged by the growth potential the client wanted to start a manufacturing facility in India with 80% of its total production to cater to the domestic market and 20% marked for exports.

Tecnova conducted location analysis study with three key focus areas – capital and operating costs, manpower availability and regulatory issues.Tecnova developed a business plan for the client and hired the India start-up team of 4 key executives including the country manager and sales team. Tecnova obtained all the government approvals for incorporating the company and helped the client commence operations in India
