The client is a leading Italian manufacturer of ceramic surfaces with sales presence across 70 countries.
The client wanted to establish a manufacturing operation in India. Due to the long and expensive gestation period associated with setting up a Greenfield operation, it was decided that the entry model to establish a manufacturing base in India would be in the form of a Joint Venture entity with an existing player in India.

Based on the outcome of the market study Tecnova suggested the client to go in for a Greenfield Joint Venture.
